  • How You'll Make a Difference:
  • Continuous Improvement Champion: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems and controls, ensuring effective classification, segregation, and quarantine of conforming and non-conforming products.

  • Meticulous Inspection: Take charge of the effective inspection and control of supplier products, implementing weekly testing and swift identification and segregation of non-conforming products.

  • Optimized Functions: Manage and optimize inspection and measurement functions to guarantee that our products meet technical specifications and adhere to quality standards set by the company.

  • Quality Management System Expert: Support the Quality Management System for the entire site, maintaining ISO 9001 certification and ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.

  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Handle customer complaints by leading investigations and implementing corrective and preventative actions, utilizing Lean Tools such as Fishbone and 5 WHY.

  • Key Contributor: Play a pivotal role in KPI analysis, maintain Quality-owned documents, facilitate internal audits, and provide invaluable support during New Product Introductions.

    3-5 years of experience in a quality engineer role.

  • Degree qualified in Chemistry, Engineering, or a relevant science, or equivalent level qualification/experience.

  • Proven experience with notified bodies/approval/audit agencies.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 with experience in preparing and leading audits.

  • Familiarity with engineering drawings, machining, assembly processes, and tolerances.

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

  • Expertise in investigating non-conformances and closing out NCRs using 8D methodology.

  • Proficient in working with data and various statistical tools to reduce daily non-conformities.

  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as a key team member, training and building the quality team.

  • Qualified and experienced internal auditor.

  • Experience in handling customer complaints with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
