Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive coordination of data management, analysis, and administration support to ensure Quality compliance across all aspects of our organization, including corporate, HR, governance, and marketing documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of data quality.,

  • Monitor and Maintain Registers: Oversee Corporate/Quality Assurance registers and report any actual or potential non-compliance to the Head of Quality. This includes Significant Events, Risks, Claims, and Complaints.

  • Policy and Procedure Maintenance: Update company policies and procedures as directed.

  • Information Governance Administrator: Handle Subject Access Requests, FOI requests, conduct Quality audits, and provide audit summary reports to the IG Lead.

  • Quality Audits: Conduct regular Quality audits, including Clinical comparison rates, secondary care audits, and Isotretinoin audits, in line with ISO 9001 accreditation.

  • Clinical Governance Meetings: Attend meetings to present quality reports and take minutes as required.

  • Clinical Care Support: Work closely with the Medical Director and Clinical Governance Leads to ensure high-quality clinical care.

  • Audit Cycle Monitoring: Support the clinical audit cycle.

  • Safeguarding Administrator: Act as the safeguarding administrator.

  • Documentation and Training: Document accurate Quality Standard Operating Procedures and provide adequate training for the team.

  • Quality Management Systems: Update and maintain quality management systems, ensuring ISO 9001 certification/re-certification or similar.

    Education: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and communication skills.

  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to multitask and handle a range of inquiries efficiently.

  • Innovative Solutions: Ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions.

  • IT Proficiency: Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with databases.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

  • Operational Improvement: Ability to streamline and improve processes.

  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, especially in handling confidential documents.

  • Audit Experience: Experience in carrying out audits., Do you have excellent IT skills specifically MS Office; particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, also keen knowledge?

  • Do you understand the importance of databases and their role in providing accurate management information?
