Full Job Description
- Ensure the channel manager is updated with all communications relating to the property.
- Set up inspection visits with directors
- Take messages/calls from guests reporting maintenance issues and liaise with directors
- Raise work orders with appropriate local contractor for works to be done, monitor and check
- Respond and manage calls and emails
- Track maintenance and cleaning jobs
- Upon receipt of invoices, cross reference these with work orders and authorize these with directors
- Monitor compliance tasks and arrange inspection Gas/EPC/electrical as and when due.
- Check guests have paid before check-in day
- Check guests have completed all pre-arrival requirements before check-in day
- Liaise between directors, cleaners and guests following the checkout regarding settling the deposit.
- Respond to initial complaints from either guests or landlords regarding any property management issues.
- Process property applications
- List new properties on all online travel agents
- Reference prospective guests
- Conducting check-ins & check-outs
- Assisting colleagues with administrative duties and issues and any other tasks
- Support training of new members of staff
- Update payment tracker to indicate a payout has been sent
- Monitor reviews on booking sites and respond positively to good reviews.
- Inform directors of any negative reviews
- Optimize listings on online travel agents
- Ensure gas/ electric meters are topped up
- Collect and open post in properties, liaise with directors if letter requires action.
- Property goods purchasing and set up of a property within the relevant timescales.
- Carry out stock checks and purchasing
- Carry out Laundry Inventories
- Track compliance checks
- Attend guest call outs or liaise with relevant call out trade
- Assist the business with service delivery targets
- Carry out cleanliness spot checks
- Carry out maintenance/upkeep checks
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and excellent phone etiquette.This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth., Customer Service - Keen to learn, develop and progress
- Proven client engagement skills
- Competent IT skills
- Ability to prioritize workload / work under pressure when needed
- Property knowledge and/or experience would be beneficial however, is not essential due to training being provided in the beginning
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Candidates must hold a UK Driving Licence and have access to their own vehicle.
- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
