Full Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our expanding Major Capital Programme Team, responsible for delivering high-value transport and infrastructure projects across Kent. This role offers the opportunity to be involved with over 75 schemes in various stages of development., You will be instrumental in providing high-quality customer service, managing administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and handling mailbox enquiries from the team, public, internal and external stakeholders. Your role will include general administrative support like arranging meetings, managing customer queries to financial support; ensuring invoices are paid on time., After a successful 6-month probationary period, the appointed candidate will have the opportunity to undertake a Level 3; Business Administrator or Civil Engineering Technician Apprenticeship course.
- High level of computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
