Full Job Description

· Acting as a point of contact for the project team, taking telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries, and responding to or referring queries to others as appropriate.

· Manage, develop, maintain and update the flow of project documentation ensuring that stakeholders, receive accurate and timely information. This includes working with reports, highlight reports, data reports, and presentations.

· Escalate any issues raised or discovered to the HR Business Partner for the implementation of solutions and / or remedial action.

· Organise briefings, meetings and other events as required of the project, including finding and booking venues and equipment, and providing the necessary documentation, creating presentations, informal and formal consultation documents, project management documentation, updating job descriptions and taking minutes, notes, etc.

· Support the development of engagement and organisational change activity, if required, internally and externally.

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You'll have the following skills/experience:

· IT skills including Microsoft packages.

· Able to communicate in a manner that fits the audience.

· Previous experience in document management and control.

· Previous experience in administration including project management administration, or co-ordination and support.
