Adult Social Services is undertaking a programme of transformation that will change the way we deliver Social Care in Norfolk. We are looking for the right person to join our projects team within Assurance, Strategy and Performance as a Project Manager leading a challenging and exciting portfolio of change.

We are looking for people who have knowledge and experience in the delivery of transformation ideally within the adult social care sector and have a passion for the discipline of project management. We want people who are excited to work on business transformation projects that ensures our residents have the best outcomes.

This role will specifically manage two interdependent key projects delivering transformation that improves the outcomes for residents who are:

  • Leaving community hospitals and an intermediate care setting


  • Using a short-term social care provision following hospital discharge or an urgent escalation of need in the community.


  • Embracing integrated care opportunities across Adult Social Care and NHS community healthcare, the post holder will effectively collaborate with a range of stakeholders, formulate transformation plans and aid the delivery of change in complex social care environments. The aim of the project is to develop opportunities to strengthening integration for the benefit of residents, improve the quality and timeliness of services and help more people live independently, well and able to deal with life's challenges.

    You should be an experienced project manager who is an adaptable self-starter who thrives in a high-profile, fast-paced project environment and will have a track record of delivering projects/programmes over several years.
