Crafted are a brand spanking new business that works with personal care start-ups as well as
established brands to help them realise their brand ambitions. Whether this be in initiating the life of
a principal product, upscaling a successful and growing line or expanding upon a range to create a
mega brand, we can help with it all!

Our friendly team engage our customers collaboratively to design, formulate, source, manufacture,
fill and deliver new products to enable the success of their business. We assist in the necessary
regulatory and legislative requirements that can often be seen as restrictive in bringing a product to
life and simplify the process of crafting market leading personal care products that we can be proud
of.

We are currently looking for people to join our business to drive the success in these early days as
well as to help us develop and grow long into the future., Project Coordinator



  • Coordination of the end-to-end lifecycle for all active projects ongoing within the Crafted
    business from brief through to scale up production and fulfilment


  • Complete design briefs with customers for development and seek any missing information
    needed to progress each project through the stage gates towards completion


  • Ensure production packs are complete and in order to ensure seamless handover between
    technical and manufacturing


  • Relay timeline updates to customers and manage expectations at each stage of the cycle

  • Regularly review project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks or deviations from the

    plan, and implement corrective actions as necessary with the teams involved.

  • Ensuring all products regulatory and compliance standards are met

  • Generating PIF documentation where needed

  • Update and track all documentation for internal records and for customers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial, technical and production teams

    to ensure clear communication between key departments at Crafted

  • Process orders and post invoices when projects are complete

  • Monitoring regulations and compliance
