Production Assistant

We are seeking a meticulous and passionate Production Assistant to join our small, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the high standards we are known for in the industry.,

• Precise Bag Labelling: Apply labels to coffee bags with accuracy and attention to detail.


• Packing Roasted Coffee: Efficiently and neatly pack roasted coffee for distribution.


• Blending Roasted Coffee: Prepare and blend roasted coffee beans in preparation for packing.


• Order Picking and Dispatch Preparation: Pick orders and prepare them for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


• Roastery and Packing Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the roastery and packing areas.


• Quality Control Contribution: Participate in quality control processes, including cupping and various brew methods, ensuring careful handling of beans.
  
  Interest in Speciality Coffee: A genuine passion for and interest in speciality coffee.


• Attention to Detail: Pride in producing high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.


• Team Player: Ability to work well within a small team, contributing positively to team dynamics.


• Right to Work in the UK: Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

  Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life routine.
