Full Job Description

The position is responsible for the strategic planning, and execution of product initiatives within the APAC region. Analyzing dental market characteristics, identifying short- and long-term product marketing strategies to develop and implement overall commercial promotional plan accordingly.

Furthermore, this position is responsible for new product / service launch, budget planning and campaign managements.

As a fundamental team player within the overall marketing team and with other key areas, the Product Manager drive to develop and implement the countries' product marketing plan and ensures market outperformance, target achievement and profitability for implant business franchise and biomaterials.

Based in Singapore and collaborating with the country organizations in the Asia Pacific region.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies within the strategic priorities

  • Plan and execute product launches in collaboration with countries' marketing teams.

  • Work closely with countries' marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies including product positioning and pricing strategies

  • Drive promotional activities, marketing campaign and events to increase product awareness and adoption

  • Collaborate with HQ to provide product training and ensure effective communication of value propositions.

  • Develop key messages of each product / services and content for product collaterals

  • Establish the effective promotional programs and materials leading overall promotional campaign activities

  • Develop and implement product marketing initiatives in close collaboration with T&E and Marketing Communication

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of each promotional program ROI measurement, customer feedback and applying it to further plan

  • Collaborate with HQ product management teams for product lifecycle management and tailor products to the specific market requirements

  • Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and dental professionals

  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to navigate regulatory requirements and launch timeline.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to seek counteractions quickly to address performance gaps

  • Analyze dental market characteristics

  • Identify key market driving forces through in-depth market trends, industry landscape and competitive analysis

  • Apply relevant market information to further marketing and promotional programs, In compliance with U.S. Department of Labor Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Section 4212 of the Vietnam Era Readjustment Assistance Act, Straumann Group has developed and maintains an affirmative action program and plan.

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field(business, marketing, engineering, etc). Clinical background and MBA are a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years experiences in product management within the medical device B2B industry. A holistic understanding of related fields, dental industry and consumable dental product background preferred.

  • Proven track record in achieving objectives and targets.

  • Strong understanding of dental industry trends, technologies, and customer needs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Comfort in working within a fast-paced, global business environment is a must.

  • Multinational minded individual. Fluent English spoken and written.

  • Highly proficient in use of standard office software
