Product Data Co-ordinator

As our Product Data Co-ordinator, you will collaborate closely with the eCommerce and Data Teams to enhance the quality of Product Data, emphasising the importance of meticulous attention to detail and a sense of pride in your contributions.,

• Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is desirable, however not essential.


• Develop knowledge and understanding of all internal systems and processes, with an emphasis on the Hayley Group's PIM system.


• Responsible for completing the enrichment of product data that will be published on company websites and catalogues - ensuring accuracy, guidelines and processes are correctly followed and adhered to.


• Where applicable, speaking to account managers and internal departments about their data requirements and providing relevant support.


• Produce Bi-weekly/Monthly data reports/updates to the relevant stakeholders.
  
  Valid UK driving licence.


• Confident with all Microsoft Office packages particularly Excel.


• Knowledge of SQL and HMTL would be beneficial.


• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills and have the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
