Full Job Description

  • The individual will be charged with providing timely, accurate data and reporting in order to enable the performance of the Procurement SDU

  • Lead the effective delivery of the Procurement SDU (Service Delivery Unit) portfolio of products by building toolsets that allow Supply Chain to provide the right parts, to the right place, at the right time

  • Work with the IT department to identify solutions and lead associated project(s) including testing, communications and training delivery

  • Drive and support the development and continuous improvement of LN toolset & reports

  • Collaboratively work across Procurement Supply Chain teams & broader Procurement SDU teams to deliver analytics and data insights

  • To lead and manage the deliverables of the data & analytics team, As a Procurement Systems & Reporting Development Manager, you will use your technical knowledge and expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and tableau data reporting to support the Procurement SDU in the delivery of its key objectives.

  • Proven ability to manage data set to inform business solutions and have experience of using Tableau or similar toolset

  • Expertise and experience using Enterprise Resource Planning systems

  • Project management experience and good Stakeholder management skills (Customer Service Mind-set)

  • Experience of Team Leadership


  • Desirable:
  • Appreciation of Procurement & Supply Chain activities Qualified to Degree standard or equivalent or MCIPS or equivalent professional qualification
