Full Job Description

  • Manages the end-to-end procurement process.

  • Researches and identifies service providers that will be able to deliver excellent service.

  • Initiates procurement processes, evaluates bids, sends, and tracks orders until delivery of goods and/or services.

  • Collaborates and communicates directly with suppliers (domestic and international) and order placers to ensure high quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery of goods/services.

  • Organizes and monitors the shipment of goods locally and abroad.

  • Organizes meetings with clients and service providers.

  • Updates and manages supplier database.

  • Ensures that all procurement activities are tracked and mapped on ERP.

  • Prepares data analysis and reports necessary to optimize the planning and contracting process.

  • Cooperates with the project and engineering teams and provides them with support related to procurement processes.

  • Compulsorily acts in accordance with valid regulations, decisions, and other internal acts.

  • Provides administrative support to the department.

  • Performs other tasks as requested by supervisors, in accordance with competencies.

    Education level: Bachelor's in economics/business management, civil engineering, or other relevant area


  • We are looking for Procurement Assistant who will provide support in the day-to-day running of the business. The successful individual will need to work methodically, demonstrating flexibility in their pro-active approach and attention to detail.

    Person Specification
  • Good understanding of what Procurement does.

  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. Arabic and/or Turkish is a plus.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with suppliers/subcontractors and clients on local and English language.

  • Good negotiation and organizational skills.

  • Ability to set priorities and achieve results within given deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a team and independently.

  • Ability to efficiently handle inquiries and adapt to various situations.

  • Willingness for field work and business trips.

  • Ability to demonstrate how you prioritize and manage your workload effectively.
