Practice Manager

We are seeking a proactive motivated Practice Manager to join our friendly team who will bring enthusiasm and commitment to the role.

We are a well-established GP practice that is focussed on patient care, and together as a dedicated team, strive for the best to deliver excellence in all we do for our patients. We have a list size of 8,500, an overall 'Good' rating for CQC and operate from two sites in Mitcham & Tooting.

The Practice Manager is a pivotal member of the senior leadership team and will be expected to support the team in achieving goals and targets by fostering a collaborative workplace culture. You will lead & develop a high-performing practice team in a nurturing environment and will effectively manage the recruitment & selection for all practice staff.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate robust leadership and communication skills and have strong HR and organisational abilities. You will lead on proactively marketing the practice to drive patient numbers and work with the leadership team to ensure that the practice is financially efficient and compliant with all aspects of health and safety, employment legislation and CQC (Care Quality Commission) governance and complianace.
