Full Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic Senior PR Consultant (SAD or Associate Director equivalent) for our Business & Corporate team who will be responsible for the management of our client teams, working hard to ensure our team of Speedsters deliver commercially, strategically, and creatively on a day-to-day basis. To be successful in this role you will be plugged in to what's happening culturally and able to use that insight to drive your portfolio of clients forwards. You will need to build strong client relationships and have the ability to spot challenges and opportunities. As well as supporting and directing the team working into you, you will form part of our Senior Management Team, together taking responsibility for operational running of the agency.

We have a brilliant training programme which is tailored for every individual at Speed to support your personal growth but also aligned to our business ambitions, because your growth is as important as our own and we are here to nurture both!

For this role you will probably have around five years' experience, either in an agency environment or in-house setting - but we want to hear from people from all different backgrounds to add new perspectives and thinking to the award-winning work we create and deliver. You will be required to travel regularly to our Bristol and/or London offices, dependent on your client portfolio.

Skills we think are great for this role:

  • Commercially savvy

  • Driven and ambitious for yourself and Speed

  • Good people skills

  • Creative thinking

  • An eye for a good story

  • Problem-solving

  • Friendly, professional can-do attitude

  • Team player

Speed is the largest PR and Communications agency headquartered in the Southwest with offices in Bristol and central London. We believe we have the power to make a positive impact, whether that's for our people, our clients or our community. We're a team of 40ish individuals who are not just passionate about the work we deliver but super proud of the difference we make every day.
