Playgroup Assistant

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and adaptable candidate to join our supportive and experienced team at our Ofsted rated Outstanding setting.

It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare and must have GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.

The position will be as a key person working with children aged 2-4 which includes providing learning and development opportunities to children and support to parents. The job will include assessment of children, understanding and application of the Early Years statutory framework. Timely completion of paperwork is an important part of the role.
