Play Worker Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Play Worker to join our team. As a Play Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn, play, and develop essential skills. Responsibilities: - Plan and organize age-appropriate activities and play sessions for children - Supervise and ensure the safety of children during playtime - Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction and creativity - Assist in the development of children's cognitive, physical, and emotional skills - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members - Collaborate with the nursery team to create engaging learning experiences - Provide leadership and guidance to support the smooth operation of daily activities - Maintain cleanliness and
organization of play areas and equipment - Follow all health and safety guidelines in accordance with childcare regulations Requirements: - Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to engage with children in a positive and nurturing manner - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively - Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules - A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential Note: All positions at our organization are paid, including internships.
