Full Job Description

We are looking for a pharmacist who is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and with an interest in homoeopathy to work with our team of qualified homoeopaths and pharmacists in providing a professional pharmacy service that our worldwide customer base can continue to have confidence in. We encourage a continuous learning environment for personal growth and assistance would be provided for training in homoeopathy.

We require a pharmacist for three days a week based at our main branch in Tunbridge Wells, however occasional cover may be required at our pharmacy in Covent Garden, London.

Although we do not have an NHS dispensing contract, we supply doctors and pharmacies under our specials licence and have a manufacturing licence for our range of OTC homoeopathic remedies. We are regularly inspected by the GPhC and MHRA.

As well as ensuring the pharmacy complies with current Royal Pharmaceutical Society Standards and Code of Ethics you will be involved in advising customers regarding interactions and side effects of their current medication in the context of complementary medicine. The role also includes applying to the MHRA for approval to import unlicensed medicines from a supplier in Germany.,

  • Qualified Pharmacist registered with the GPHC

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence in working with others.

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • To undertake training as requested to maintain your knowledge and expertise

  • To take responsibility for and attend to self-development

  • To assist with such in-house training as may be required

  • To give a concise and efficient telephone service, advising within the SOP guidelines.
