Personal Assistant (PA)

As the founder and director of a rapidly expanding engineering organisation with over 20 employees, I am seeking an individual who not only recognises the importance of proactivity and problem-solving but also possesses the ability to pre-empt and resolve issues before they escalate.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly organised, professional, and adept at communication. Moreover, proficiency in a range of Microsoft applications is essential, as the role will involve the regular submission of detailed weekly reports on the performance of each team member.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will be required to travel within the UK to conduct audits on our engineers, to ensure compliance with company protocols and procedures. Rest assured, all necessary travel expenses will be covered by the company.
You should have a keen eye for detail and a strong background in administrative tasks, You should be confident in your ability to fulfil the responsibilities outlined in the job description.
You should understand the importance of conducting thorough background checks on potential employees and maintaining accurate paperwork trails. You will need to be assisting employees with following procedures and protocols, as well as addressing any issues they may face in a professional manner.
Furthermore, it's important to have proficiency in financial literacy as you will have to reconcile accounts on a weekly basis and provide accurate reports to management. You will be the first point of contact for both internal employees and external contractors, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
