Full Job Description

I'm looking for a personal assistant for my 13-year-old son Kieran. Kieran has autism and can struggle socially and emotionally although he is coping with this as he matures. Kieran is football mad, he loves to watch and play football and his favourite team is Newcastle united. Kieran would need someone who is physically capable to play football with him. He also enjoys playing on his Xbox and has recently shown interest in the gym and keeping fit.

Kieran can become overwhelmed in crowded places, and he doesn't deal with his favourite activities coming to an end. Preparing Kieran with reminders running up to the end helps him cope better. He also doesn't deal well with unexpected changes and not knowing what he is doing in advance.

Kieran is a very friendly generous and caring boy when he gets used to someone well especially with patient friendly males with similar interests, although he does get on with females as well. A car driver would be preferred to take Kieran to football practice etc. as we don't live in an area that has a lot going on for him. Someone who is reliable friendly and patient would be Keiran's ideal PA.
