Full Job Description

We are seeking an organised and focused individual in this newly created role. The role is to support the Director in providing the very best client service and outcomes. Working within this Financial Planning practice knowledge of financial services and advice is essential.

This is a part time hybrid flexible role, whilst some time in the office will be necessary working from home would be possible.

Duties:

- Supporting pre and post meeting actions

- Produce illustrations, cashflow planning analysis, managing CRM system

- Client relationship champion

- Ensuring that risk and complaince requirements are met across the business

- General administrative duties

- Competent with IT systems

Previous experience in a financial services environment

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in using computer software such as Google Suite and CRM systems

- Excellent phone manner and communication skills

- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
