Full Job Description

This post will involve regular interaction with senior management, stakeholders and other internal teams within RWE. The successful applicant will be required to provide a comprehensive range of administrative duties to support the team leaders for UK Corporate,

  • Contribute and deliver a full suite of administrative duties to support the Head of UK Policy and Public Affairs) and Mark Fleming (Head of UK Communications).

  • Diary management, planning and coordination of internal and external meetings.

  • Coordinate UK and internal business travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Managing emails, correspondence, including identifying and communicating urgent actions, directing correspondence accordingly.

  • Processing of invoices and purchase orders for the departments and issue good receipts.

  • Close liaison and collaboration with other Assistants and Personal Assistants internally and externally. Ordering IT and office supplies as and when required.



  • Proven extensive administrative and office support experience with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks seamlessly and effectively.

  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders of all levels of the organisation internally and externally.

  • Discretion and trustworthiness with extreme confidentiality; able to hand confidential information.

  • Reliable, proactive and confident with the ability to work independently and work as a team player, maintaining an effective working relationship with a wide range of people.

  • Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to deal with short notice changes under time pressure.

  • Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, MS Team and SAP.

  • An expected starting salary from £25 000 - £35 000 depending on experience and up to 10% annual bonus
