Are you a meticulous and highly organised individual ready to step into the role of Personal Assistant within a rapidly growing property investment group? Our team is expanding, and we're seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant with a keen eye for detail and a passion for property. In this role, you'll provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our diverse business ventures while also assisting our Managing Director and team as required. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional computer skills, proficiency in administrative tasks, be analytical, creative and practical to fulfil the needs of the role. Proven experience in an administrative role

- Proficient in all IT/tech

- Familiarity with Google Suite

- Proficient with Instagram, and experienced in LinkedIn and Facebook

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills

- Driving licence & car

- Ideally experience using Canva, Wordpress, MailerLite and Dubsado

The right candidate needs to be aware this is a broad role; we will expect you to be active and diverse, turning your hand to assisting with many areas as required within a small team. You will need to be analytical, creative and practical to fulfil the demands of the role. Tasks will vary from filming content and editing videos, creating marketing brochures, instructing for sale boards and floor plans through to meeting contractors at projects or checking guests into our 5

  • corporate and relocation accommodation., The position is a hybrid role - working from home remotely and from various workplaces in and around York as needed. You will be required to assist with appointments in the York area, and so a car is needed.     £15 - £18 an hour - Part-time, Temp to perm, Temporary contract, This is a part time position with competitive pay, temporary with the possibility of permanent for the right candidate. You would be expected to work 4 days a week Tuesday - Friday, however these hours can be structured around other commitments.
