Full Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive People Operations Specialist with a knack for technology who is excited to help us manage and elevate our People function. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a tangible impact through exceptional people skills and technical prowess. This role would heavily support US and UK time zones. The ideal candidate is willing to work from 10am - 7pm local time most days of the week.
Your Impact:

  • Provide first-line support for People-related queries from employees and managers - whether that's providing reference requests, payroll queries, employee benefit queries, preparing documents, time off requests and more.

  • Assist in the management and optimization of all our People systems and databases - this could include tasks such as data uploads, supporting audits, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, enabling users, driving optimal user experience, making system related entries, identifying opportunities for process improvements and enhancements, etc.

  • Prepare reports and analysis of data for various stakeholders across the company


  • Data analysis and dashboard management of employee metrics, employee engagement results, etc. which will help drive strategic decision-making

  • Participate in People projects and initiatives, providing both technical support and insightful contributions.

  • Provide support for onboarding and offboarding employees to ensure employees have a seamless and positive experience.

  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and addressing employee queries.

  • Assist with our Learning and Development programs as needed

  • Ensure compliance with policies and legal standards that fall within the remit of the role, such as pay reporting, right to work/i9 checks, etc.

  • Create and update employee and manager resources and guides.

  • Tools - Proficiency with various technology solution to support our commitment to working smarter, from the Microsoft Office Suite to Google Workspace, Zoom, Monday.com, etc. Not required, but a huge plus if you are coming in with experience using UKG, iCIMS, and/or Culture Amp. Must be comfortable with formatting reports in Excel.

  • Degree - 3-year BA/BSc degree with a strong academic record, and with a degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
