People / Operations Manager

Working alongside our Office Manager, this new role will be responsible for the day to day running of our 3 offices as well as further responsibility for our wider team, our business continuity and a wide range of compliance tasks. This person will be required to work with the Partners and contribute to business planning with data reporting responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be competent with Microsoft computer programmes including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and ideally have experience of using a customer relationship management system however full training can be given if required. Ideally you will have experience of working within insurance or other financially regulated industry. Maths & English qualifications are a requirement (please detail these in your CV). You will be methodical, organised, able to work under instruction and using your own initiative and have good people skills. It is essential that you can build good working relationships with those around you, leading by example and demonstrating close attention to detail.
