Patient Catering Department - Regen Team Leader

Working with the UHD Catering SLT (Senior Leadership Team), be responsible for maintaining the standard and quality of food served to our patients, ensuring that patient nutrition and hydration are prioritised at our Bournemouth site. Leading of the Regen Team to ensure work is carried out according to developed schedules, supervising working practices to ensure they meet the Health & Safety Policy and Food Hygiene Legislation according to instruction and training. Oversee the selection of patient food for delivery and ward service, ensuring consistently high levels of quality, presentation and appropriate quantity & temperature ensuring provision of the right food for the right patient at the right time. Ensure all food is received, stored, dispatched, prepared, cooked, regenerated and served within temperature ranges as per H.A.C.C.P system.
