We're passionate about making sure that everyone can contribute to achieving our mission and we are continually working to support healthy and happy high-quality teams in all areas of the Trust., Patient administrator shifts cover 7.30-20.30 7 days a week inclusive of bank holidays and weekends, following a 3 week rota., + Provide an effective and efficient administrative support service to the designated team to ensure consistency across the service area.
+ Support the delivery of a comprehensive administration and support function to the service areas to meet the needs of patients, service users and visitors
Specific Key Responsibilities
+ Undertake a range of reception, and administrative duties to support the customer needs of the, MIiU, and Hospital flexibly and in a timely manner so as to enable the hospital and Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation trust to meet its objectives.

We are a forward thinking and dynamic unit dealing with a variety of minor injuries, illness, trauma and medicine.
If you have excellent communication and organisational skills, work well under pressure and are computer literate you will enjoy the challenge this position offers.
The service uses SystmOne so previous experience with this programme will be an advantage but not essential., The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and be able to demonstrate the following
+ Possess the ability to prioritise their own workload within a tight deadline together with their co-workers.
+ Cope well under pressure
+ Work well within a team and on their own.
+ Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Have good organizational skills.
+ Demonstrate initiative and flexibility together with good attention to detail
+ You must be able to deal with sensitive information and interact with patients to deal with their enquiries.
Prior experience of call handling, management and entering data into a number of systems is beneficial. Knowledge of SystmOne is an advantage but not essential.
