Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and the capacity to maintain confidentiality are essential requirements.

Responsibilities will include providing unwavering support and guidance to families, facilitating signposting and application processes, and offering invaluable advice as needed. Proficiency in ICT and adept report writing skills are also essential, as the role encompasses administrative duties such as organising events and coffee mornings.
