Parts Advisor

Working in our small, close knit team you will be tasked with providing a quality service. You will be responsible for selling our parts aftersales services and ensuring their successful delivery to our valued customers, liasing with the workshop to understand work in progress, updating customers, getting authorisation for additional work and resolving all queries to customers high satisfaction.

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with at least a year's experience in Parts?, The successful candidate will be personable, highly motivated and able to achieve consistently high levels of customer service. They will also be an effective communicator with an interest in cars.
