Full Job Description

An opportunity to join a friendly firm which is established, fast growing and profitable business in the Ripon area. You will enjoy a first class office environment, and join as part of a friendly and highly successful team whom get together for socials at least 3 times a year. You will be organised, friendly, well met and enjoy liaising with highly successful business owners across the uk whom are looking to grow or sell their business.

You will be given access and exposure to some leading edge contact database technology, social media marketing. Although a part time role you will have access to further career opportunities within the group.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting agendas
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors

This is a dual role with roughly fifty percent of the time spent in the role of housekeeper of a large country house. Tasks will include all areas of household management including ironing, washing, light house work and occasional child watching.
