Panel Beater - Day Shift

· Panel straightening and filling

· Use of dent pulling equipment

· Ensuring health and safety at all times

· Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards

· Ensuring work areas and tools are kept tidy and in good working order

· Maintain high standards of house-keeping

· You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / ATA) or minimum of 2 years' experience in the role.

· You must have previous experience working as a Panel Beater within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation.

· Good communicative skills and ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.

· You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.

· Time management and problem solving skills

· Prior experience of working to efficiency targets

· Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details

· Demonstrates an honest and diligent approach to work

· Ability to work as part of a Team

· Take pride and responsibility for your own appearance as well as the appearance and organisation of the site in which you work

· A full, valid UK driving licence is required

Big Motoring World Group is an expanding car supermarket group that is going from strength to strength and is looking to employ a Panel Beater at our Leeds Site. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast and progressive moving group as well as working alongside experienced technicians to help and support.

· Work shift Pattern is 08.00am-17.30pm (Monday - Friday)

· Contracted Hours: 42.5 hours per week

· Salary Base: up to £17.05 per hour (based on experience)
