Full Job Description

Based in our Sales team in Sloane Street, this is a busy, varied role, supporting our Sales Team with all aspects of personal assistant duties enabling the team to focus on selling properties in the prime central London area. The successful candidate must be able to work in a busy environment being able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills. The candidate will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Must be a team player and have the ability to think on your feet and problem solve independently.,

  • Extensive diary management - Meetings / Viewings / Conference Calls / Tour Management

  • Fielding calls and enquiries

  • Management of Reapit contact databases

  • Correspondence & email management

  • Expenses

  • Invoicing and management of invoices from suppliers

  • Involvement with IT related matters

  • Electronic and paper filing

  • Internal Savills communication

  • Coordination of internal and external marketing emails

  • General PA/secretarial duties

  • Assisting wider team where necessary

  • Anti-Money Laundering checks and paperwork

  • Prepare adverts for Financial Times, The London Magazine & Belgravia Magazine

  • Add Intel for Sold in Area and general marketing campaigns

  • Regularly checking property portal checks

    Previous experience working in a busy PA role is essential

  • Excellent written and communication skills (including precise spelling and grammar)

  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment and work as part of a team

  • Good organisational and time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of Reapit

  • Enthusiastic and committed

  • Ability to learn new skills, working methods and be adaptable to change
