Aztec West, Bristol / London Hybrid working, required to attend our London office 3/4 times a month, with occasional travel to other offices.

Do you want to be part of building one of the largest and complex projects in Europe?, We are currently recruiting for an Organisational Capability Specialist, you will be reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability for the EPR Programme supporting the wider HR team in Sizewell C (SZC).

You will cover a variety of responsibilities across the process and people aspects of organisational capability. And will have the opportunity to support the implementation of processes with the aim to make them more efficient and effective working with a network of HR colleagues and business teams across Sizewell C., At EDF, everyone's welcome. What you'll be doing…

  • Supports the interface of the Organisational Capability Team with the business through monitoring

  • and screening queries submitted to the SZC organisational capability mailbox.
  • Reviews organisational change forms and Management of Change documentation with the

  • Organisational Capability Manager to drive quality and accuracy, working with leaders to improve
    outcomes.
  • Supports the ongoing management of the Nuclear and Environmental Baseline through day-to


  • day implementation and use of business tools (such as The Integrated Management System

    (IMS) and Insight)
  • Supports interfaces with internal and external regulators, including Organisational Capability

  • regulatory meetings - inviting attendees, preparing agenda, preparing packs, distributing documents,
    taking minutes & actions
  • Compiles organisational capability reports and metrics as appropriate to support organisational

  • capability governance.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement across organisational capability arrangements under the

  • direction of the Organisational Capability Manager
  • Collaborates with other key stakeholders within SZC and externally to ensure that Organisational

  • Capability arrangements are clear and understood, and data is accurate and complete. [Note
    stakeholders include Training Lead, HRBPs, Resource team, and business managers as well
    as other stakeholders in EDF, HPC and the Technical Client Organisation]
  • Participates in other SZC projects with an organisational capability dimension as directed

  • by the Organisational Capability Manager.
  • Providing cover for the Organisational Capability.

    Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Demonstrable experience of successful process & stakeholder management.

  • Strong Excel skills - numerate and the ability to analyse data.

  • Able to identify errors and take appropriate corrective action within the scope of the role.

  • Experience of taking personal accountability for solving problems and seeing them through

  • Ability to present information clearly for use by different stakeholder audiences.

  • Experience of advising leaders on how to follow procedures.

  • Understanding of the importance of following procedures and able to apply judgement

  • on how they are implemented.
  • Organised, excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

  • Curious and able to challenge with behaviours that align to SZC values.


  • You may also have any of the following:

  • Knowledge of Organisational Management of Change approaches will be an advantage.
