Full Job Description
Framlingham Medical Practice is looking to appoint an operations manager to lead our organisation on a full-time basis of 37 hours per week over 5 days.,
- To support the practice manager in all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and overall performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment.
- To manage and coordinate all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, patient services, premises and health and safety management.
- Through innovative ways of working, support the practice manager leading the team in promoting ED&I, SHEF, quality & continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development and ensuring the practice complies with CQC regulations., We currently have GP partners, one salaried GP, a clinical pharmacist, paramedics and advanced nurse practitioner providing 'On the Day' clinical service. We also have excellent nurse and dispensary teams and administrative and reception teams providing a high level of support to the clinical team.
- Undergraduate Student Trainer.
- High QOF and IIF achievement.
- CQC rating 'Good' May 2016.
- Member of North East Coastal PCN.
