Full Job Description

As Operations Assistant, you will be working across all areas of the organisation to support our Operations team, including; office management, match day preparations, H & S compliance, HR, Training, Hospitality and group bookings, Player Development Centres, Soccer Camps, Fan Engagement projects, EFL Green clubs, ED & I and Family Excellence Scheme.

Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to the team

· Office Management, tracking/ordering office supplies.

· Assist with marketing activities such as events, mailshots, communications.

· Manage Eternal correspondance (emails, letters, packages etc.)

· Support with updating records and maintaining accuracy on digital systems

· Arrange and coordinate events

· Coordinate meetings, take minutes.

· Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls

· Respond quickly to support requests and prioritise accordingly,
