Full Job Description

Trade Mastermind is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in optimizing the sales process, enhancing sales team productivity, and ensuring the efficient execution of sales strategies. This role will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing sales data and analytics, and collaborating with various departments to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Optimization:

Analyse and streamline the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to expedite deal closures.

Develop and maintain sales playbooks and standard operating procedures.

Sales Team Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to provide coaching, training, and support to enhance their performance.

Assist in onboarding and training new sales representatives.

Manage sales territories and ensure equitable distribution of leads

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Collect, organize, and analyse sales data to generate insights and track KPIs.

Create and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards to aid decision-making.

Utilise data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

CRM Management:

Administer the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.

Customize CRM workflows and processes to align with sales strategies.

Monitor data integrity and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Sales Forecasting:

Develop and maintain sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends.

Assist in budgeting and resource allocation based on sales projections.

Communicate forecasts to the management team and adjust strategies accordingly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to ensure alignment with sales goals.

Facilitate communication and coordination between sales and other teams.

Tools and Technology:

Evaluate, implement, and manage sales and automation tools that enhance productivity.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Compliance and Process Improvement:

Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.

Continuously identify areas for process improvement and drive enhancements.

Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership abilities and experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Knowledge of the financial and trading industry is a plus.,
