The role:
- Providing comprehensive support to the Director and the broader team, handling a diverse range of administrative tasks.
- Facilitating smooth communication between colleagues, contractors, and external parties through various channels including email, telephone, and Teams.
- Taking an active role in propelling projects and processes forward, adeptly identifying and resolving challenges as they arise.
- Taking initiative to tackle pending tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Collating and consolidating information from various sources into reports for the Director and the team.
- Participating in a spectrum of project-related tasks on a daily basis.
- Participate in strategy sessions/meetings contribute your unique insights, and have an opportunity to be part of shaping the business's future.
Previous experience in Office Management or Business Administration would be advantageous. - Confident approach, able to handle customer and supplier relationships.
- A tenacious, enthusiastic, and honest approach to work.
- Extremely strong communicator, able to adapt to the company's internal and external communication style and tone.
- Time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- A willingness to adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Committed individual with a desire to develop and hone their career.
