Full Job Description

A varied office role completing store support, reception, and financial processing. You will be supporting a variety of departments at the ACC, duties will include:

  • Providing welcoming reception services for visitors/callers.

  • Meeting room management.

  • First point of contact for customers via phone, email and social media.

  • Creating and delivery of social media content/projects.

  • Managing shared inboxes effectively, maintaining a 24hr response time.

  • Financial processing including; invoicing, receipting, costing projects, raising quotes, creating final accounts, monitoring budgets, month end, raising purchase orders, and supporting with weekly and monthly reporting.

    Good verbal and written skills.

  • High level of numeracy and financial awareness, experience using Sage or financial packages (Desirable).

  • Right first time approach with commitment to delivering strong outputs.

  • Data accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to use your own initiative and a positive attitude towards helping others in the office where needed.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • IT literate and confident using MS packages including Excel.

  • Previous office experience would be preferred, but isn't essential as Full Training will be given to the successful candidate., 5 GCSEs Grade A-C, Maths & English (Desirable)
