Full Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in at a local design and build company. The ideal candidate will be organised and proficient in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office operations., Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operation
- Handle phone calls and correspondence, redirecting them as necessary
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Organise and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist in organising company events and meetings

Good organisational skills
- Good written and spoken communication skill
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Ability to use office 365 e.g Word, Excel ect.,

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
