Full Job Description

Duties to include:

  • Printing and collating weekly timesheets.

  • Scanning documents & saving to job files.

  • Monitoring and ordering PPE.

  • Responsible for company fleet vehicles, servicing & MOT arrangements.

  • Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.

  • To provide administrative support to the team & management.

  • Ordering stationary, kitchen supplies and ad hoc items.

    We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to work in our office based in Basildon, Essex. At least 2 years previous Admin experience required, ideally Construction industry background but not essential., Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, especially using Excel to create and update databases and spread sheets.

  • Have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills and to be able to communicate well with people at all levels.

  • Have a good work ethic / trustworthy.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Time management skill - To be able to priortise and manage workload.

  • Knowledge of RAM's, COSHH and O&M's preferred but not essential.


  • Qualifications:
  • ICT.

  • Microsoft Office Package.

  • Maths - GCSE grade C & above.

  • English - GCSE grade C & above., GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
  • Administrative: 2 years (required)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (required)
