Full Job Description

You will be managing the front of house and provide excellent customer service to our clients by welcoming guests as soon as they arrive and directing them to the appropriate person.
The Office Administrator role will require you to communicate with clients consistently and regularly over phone. You will be responsible for handling the incoming calls into the office and dealing with customer queries, the ability to handle client queries in a professional and timely manner is essential.
This position plays a key role in being responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of the office. The Office Administrator is responsible for stocking stationary, facilities, events, and client meeting experience. You would also be responsible for the receipt of incoming post, distribution, printing and scanning of post into our in-house system.
The role will also entail the administration and maintenance of client records in our in-house system. You will be responsible for supporting the Client Relationship team in preparing / printing high quality client meeting packs in readiness for client meetings.
You will be maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
Book and coordinate appointments and arrange meeting rooms and catering as required for client meetings, seminars, events etc
There is an exciting opportunity to support the regional management team by assisting in the preparation of management information, presentations, and other material. Therefore, it is essential to be confident in the preparation, presentation, and delivery of required material in a timely manner.
The role allows for a lot of autonomy and is varied in terms of responsibility. We are looking for someone who is confident in working in a dynamic and changing environment. Support will be required from the Office Administrator to ensure that we adapt and deliver to changing requirements from the business.

To succeed in this post, you will need to be highly organised, proactive, and assertive. You should have the ability to manage and prioritise your workload independently and take ownership and responsibility of it.
The nature of the industry and role is one that is fast paced and dynamic. Therefore, we are looking for an individual with the ability to meet tight deadlines, the ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly. You will also possess excellent written skills and high attention to detail.
We are seeking someone who has a positive and professional attitude with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships. The candidate should have excellent demonstratable customer service skills and be confident in speaking to clients.
Working well in a team is important, specifically within the Cumbria & Scotland regional office as the team is very close-knit and often collaborate to produce results.
