Office Administrator

Answer and take phone calls in a professional and courteous manner including processing orders

- Type, format, and proofread various documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations

- Maintain and update office records and files

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position., Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills

- Proficient in typing and computer skills

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) preferred

- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
