Occupational Therapist

As an Adult Care Services occupational therapist, you will hold your own caseload and work in partnership with people living in the community across Hertfordshire. You will undertake a holistic assessment of need to identify person-centred outcomes., We work in an enabling way with people and their families and carers, to promote independence and participation, through meaningful occupation and a strengths-based approach. Across all our services we aim to ensure that people are provided with the right support and advice, and at the right time.
