Full Job Description

We are a brand-new nursery that will be opening from 1st August 2024 and are looking for a passionate and nurturing manager to lead and inspire a new team. Nature Barn Nursery is a modern, warm and homely environment that provides children with love and new experiences. We are a small independent nursery, where we welcome staff to share their ideas and have input into the ethos and vision of the nursery, creating a wonderful environment for staff and children., Manage all aspects of the nursery, including staffing and scheduling
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and maintain accurate records
- Supervise and support nursery staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children, following health and safety protocols
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other departments or agencies to enhance the quality of care provided

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee our nursery. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the well-being and safety of children, and providing a nurturing and educational environment. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to effectively manage a team., Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively,

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred), Nursery experience: 2 years (preferred)
