Nursery Early Years Room Supervisor

As a Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of our youngest learners. You will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team, creating engaging activities and meeting the individual needs of all the children in your care.

Candidates must hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification or above and have experience of working in a Day Nursery. · Candidates must be able to work within the requirements set out in the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage. To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in the Early Years. · Team player essential. · The right candidate will become a Key Person to a group of children, · Must have a commitment to achieving high standards, be calm and patient. · Must have experience and knowledge of observing and recording children's development.
