Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Assistant to work at our Nursery in Flax Bourton, a beautiful setting, easily accessible from lots of local road networks.

Everything we do is about the children and we constantly strive to do things better and better.

We can't do this without a lovely staff team which is why we do spend a lot of time and effort supporting and valuing our staff,

At our relatively new and beautiful setting we can offer you an exceptional environment to work in. We are looking for someone to support our team of qualified practitioners, ensuring the welfare and care of children is at the heart of everything we do. You would spend you time in this role working part of a team in a particular age group engaging in indoor and outdoor activities with the children, supporting their needs and generally being an integral part of the team over the lunch cover hours of the day.

If you become interested in training for an early years qualification, that is something we can support you with.

You do not need previous work experience working with young children but that would be beneficial, however we also support staff coming into this kind of role so long as you can demonstrate a passion for working with young children and are committed. We provide thorough training.

Red Bus has been operating for over 11 years, we are a quality organisation who value our staff and we are an extremely stable place to work. We only have a small number of staff vacancies in each of our settings and we have good support from our own bank staff as needed.
