A passion for truly exceptional care is essential., · Manage the caseload of complex care clients. From the initial enquiry to the care delivery.

· Actively managing each team, ensuring they feel valued, engaged, and motivated to deliver an outstanding level of care, carrying out reviews and supporting their development as well as addressing any behaviour or performance concerns.

· Ensuring the quality of our packages is maintained as the business grows.

· Ensure all nursing and care documentation is in keeping with CQC requirements.

· Work closely with the client, families, team, and commissioners/case managers to ensure our service is the best.

· Provide on Clinical escalation support on a 5-6 weeks rotational basis.

· Support from Senior Ops Manager, Nursing Team Manager and Head of Clinical Development in ensuring all care provision exceeds the expectation of our client, our commissioners and the CQC

· We have an Out Of Hours Coordination team, that deals with shift covers all the time when on clinical escalation rota.

A car owner with a full UK driving license.

A calm and caring approach

Ability to cover a wide geographical area and manage their own diary to meet the needs of the business.

Excellent communication skills including verbal and written English.

Proof of your right to live and work in the UK.

This position subject to an enhanced criminal record check (DBS) and referencing.
