NQ - 1 years Property Litigation Solicitor

Top legal 500 law firm in Central London are currently looking for a Solicitor from NQ-1 years within their Property Litigation department.

The candidate will be assisting the partner with -

• Landlord and Tenant work- service of section 8 and section 21 notice and experience in running possession proceedings


• Service charge and leasehold disputes


• Experience in dealing with notices and claims under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954


• Property Disrepair


• Commercial Rent Arrears


• Lease extensions


• Dilapidations


They are looking for someone to assist and help the Partner not someone who will add to their workload, so the ability to work independently within the protocols of the firm / SRA is vital. There is excellent scope to progress within the team and the firm itself.
