Mould Cleaning Operative

Mouldex Ltd is a family run business, located in the Southwest, but operate throughout the UK. We are enthusiastic about Mould, condensation and Radon control. We are looking to recruit a diligent, reliable, motivated individual to join our expanding team.

As a Mould Cleaning Operative, you will have the following core skills and strengths:

• High level of customer service, ideally in the social housing sector


• Experience of applying cleaning products in domestic property settings


• Problem solving and a can-do attitude


• Clean driving licence


• High level of self-motivation, self-organisation and determination


• The ability to provide excellent customer empathy and communication


• You must be initiative-taking, comfortable with decision making and be comfortable with lone working.


Role Responsibilities

Reporting directly to Operations Manager, as the successful candidate you must be able to work independently as well as becoming a key part of a team of other surveyors, engineers, decorators and technicians. You will visit private and social housing properties, to undertake mould application treatments and potentially the use of a variety of anti-mould paints. On occasion you may be asked to work weekends and stay away.
