Full Job Description

The Avalere Heath Motion Producer is responsible for the delivery of successful, innovative, and engaging video content across various healthcare marketing and pharmaceutical advertising programs. This role requires you to organize the workload of a team of animators, editors, and video artists, ensuring the best quality delivery whilst adhering to client expectations. The producer role within the Motion department makes every project milestone happen. Through problem solving, education of processes to the wider network, and ensuring each motion designer has what he or she needs to successfully complete a project. You will partner with the rest of the team to continually evaluate motion's process and procedures to support our ability to produce the highest quality creative product for our clients.,

  • Responsible for UK predominantly UK time zone workload and collaborating with promotional copy writers, medical writers, and the account and project management teams to ensure all motion work is delivered to the highest level of quality.

  • Collaborate with account and project management teams to understand agency business from a scope and workflow perspective, and contribute input to scope estimation, timelines, resource planning, etc.

  • Reinforce and educate the group on the Avalere Motion's processes and procedures and assist with training on SOPs across the Agency.

  • Be able to effectively communicate the organizational structure of the department to internal client.

  • Serve as the agency subject matter expert, providing insight and guidance on the best motion practices throughout the agency.

  • Oversee the allocation of work among motion designers ensuring best use of time zones, capacity, and motion designer's current and evolving skill set.

  • Attend weekly status, kick-off, and any other team meetings requiring motion perspective and input as needed.

  • Implement and oversee processes that ensures all projects are delivered on time, within budget and adhere to the original brief and statement of work.

  • Support junior motion role development through formal and informal education.

  • Collaborating with US producer.

    Minimum 3 years agency experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or related field

  • Familiarity with planning tools

  • Experience and broad exposure across Motion platforms
