Full Job Description

The integrated care extends to working closely with partners, including GPs and community nursing teams when discussing more complex patients in cluster meetings. The team has access to local authority training as well as Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust training. Both provide good opportunities for external training. The Integrated Care Team is inclusive, friendly team with different professionals lining together. We look forward welcoming you to our team! The must haves for you to be considered for this role: Degree in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent professional qualification or Dual Qualification eg RGN Experience of clinically supervising junior and unqualified staff and mentoring students. Experience of working effectively in a multi-disciplinary team and multi-agency environments. Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, communication, observation and reporting skills. Ability to engage and communicate with a wide range of professionals, staff and other service stakeholders
